INGREDIENTS .
2 Cups All purpose flour/ Maida = 200ml cup
Half cup warm water + Half cup warm milk
2 tsp = 5ml tsp. Sugar
1 & 1/4 th tsp. Instant active dry yeast
Salt per taste
5 tsp.Melted butter or oil .

RECIPE.
First mix water n milk in a bowl add sugar n do micro 10 seconds…..mix well …..next add yeast …& cover n rest for 2 mints.
Next take a flour in a bowl add salt …….next add yeast mixture = total 1 cup liquid required…………n make a super soft dough……first kneading 5 to 7 mints then add step by step 4 tsp. Oil or butter n kneading well for 5 minuts ….
..next greasing the dough with oil n make a round ball n cover & rest for 50 minutes in a warm place………after resting it’s doubled in size ……punched dough & cut into dough balls n give it a shape & assemble in a greased baking tray…..Now apply milkwash with brush…..& again rest it for 45 to 50 mints untill doubled………..Now bake it in a Convection on 200 degree for 12minutes or untill golden …….
Each otg , oven or convection takes time different…..some convection 250 degree 12 to 15 mints takes time. 🌭🥪🍞.
After baked apply butter on bread n cooldown completely 15 to 20 mints on a rack then enjoy 🌭🍞🤗🤗😊.
