Ingredients
Cashew nuts – 10–15
Almonds – 8–10
Seedless dates – 8–10
Pistachios – 10–15
Makhana – 25 g (lightly dry roast)
Dark chocolate – 50 g (or cocoa powder as an alternative)
Warm milk – 250 ml
Milk powder – optional (for extra creaminess)

👨‍🍳 Method

Sabse pehle saare dry fruits aur dark chocolate ko 10–15 minute ke liye garam doodh mein soak kar dijiye.
Uske baad is mixture ko mixer mein daal kar ek smooth paste bana lijiye. Agar aapko aur creamy texture chahiye, to isme thoda sa milk powder bhi add kar sakte hain.
Ab is prepared mixture ko ek container mein daal dijiye aur upar se thode chopped dry fruits daal kar garnish kar lijiye.

Ab ise 7–8 ghante ke liye freezer mein rakh dijiye.
Aur bas, aapki healthy, creamy dry fruits ice cream bankar ready ho jayegi!
