Chana Daal: 1/2 cup (2 seeti lagakar pakayi hui)
Ghee: 2 bade chammach
Masale: Jeera, Tez patta, Badi elaichi, Laung, Namak
Tarka: Pyaz, Hari mirch, Adrak-lahsun paste
Paani: 2 cup (daal ka paani milakar)
Banane ki Vidhi
Tadka: Cooker mein ghee garam karke khade masale, jeera aur pyaz bhoone.
Mix: Adrak-lahsun paste aur mirch dalne ke baad, ismein adh-paki chana daal aur chawal dalkar halke hath se milayein.
Cooking: Ab 2 cup paani aur namak dalein. Cooker band karke sirf 1 seeti lagayein kyunki daal pehle se paki hui hai.
Finish: Steam khatam hone par dhakkan kholein aur garma-garam serve karein
