No Bake Mango Cheesecake 🍰🥭

📝 Ingredients (Single Serve):

Base:

30g oats
5–6 almonds
2 walnuts
1 tbsp honey

Cheesecake Layer:

45g low fat paneer
25g hung curd
50–60g mango (divided)
1 sachet @zindagi_stevia stevia

Garnish:

Pistachios (crushed)

👨‍🍳 Method:

1. Dry roast oats, almonds & walnuts, then grind finely.

2. Add honey and mix till slightly sticky.

3. Spread in a bowl & press flat. Chill for 10–15 mins.

4. Blend hung curd, paneer, half qty of mango & @zindagi_stevia stevia till smooth.

5. Pour over base & spread evenly.

6. Add mashed remaining mango on top.

7. Garnish with pistachios.

8. Refrigerate overnight to set.
