Ingredients:
-3 lbs 93/7 Ground Turkey (1360g)
-3 lbs Potatoes (1360g)
-12 oz Center-Cut Bacon (340g)
-2 Cups Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese (200g)
-1 Cup BBQ Sauce (240g)
-1 Medium Onion
-1 Red Bell Pepper (150g)
-4 tsp Minced Garlic (20g)
-1.5 tsp Salt
-1 tsp Black Pepper
-1.5 tsp Paprika
Potato Seasoning:
-1 tsp Salt
-1 tsp Paprika
-1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:
1.) Season diced potatoes and air fry at 400°F for 22–28 minutes until crispy.
2.) Dice bacon, onion, and bell pepper.
3.) Cook bacon until crispy; remove.
4.) Cook turkey, onion, and pepper with seasonings until browned, then add garlic.
5.) Stir in bacon, BBQ sauce, and cheese until melted and combined.
6.) Divide potatoes into 8 servings, top with mixture, and store or serve.
