I medium size potato ( finely chopped)
2-3 tbsp peas
1 tsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
3-4 dried whole red chilli
11/2 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp chana dal
1 tbsp dhuli urad dal
2 medium size finely chopped onions
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup grated cabbage 2 finely chopped green chilies
2 cups water
Salt to taste
Coriander to garnish
