• Raw bananas (Nendran)
• Salt (as per taste)
• Peri-peri masala / chaat masala / red chilli powder
• Oil spray (optional)

Steps:

1. Peel and slice raw bananas thin using a slicer.
2. Soak slices in water for 5 minutes.
3. Drain completely and transfer to a bowl.
4. Add salt + spices of your choice.
5. Toss well to coat evenly.
6. Lightly spray oil (optional).
7. Air fry at 180°C for 10 mins.
8. Flip halfway for even crispiness.
