– 1 cup of mashed banana
– ½ cup of peanut butter
– ⅓ cup of maple syrup
– 3 eggs
– 1 tbsp of vanilla
– 1 cup of flour
– 1 tsp of baking powder
– ½ tsp of baking soda
– 1 tbsp of cinnamon
– pinch of salt
– 1 scoop of Ryse peanut butter vanilla protein powder
– ½ cup of mini chocolate chips

Makes 12 large muffins. Bake at 375 for 17 mins or until golden brown.

🥣 Yogurt Bowl✨
– 255g of plain nonfat Greek yogurt
– 1 scoop of Ryse vanilla peanut butter protein powder
– dash (or 5 🤣) of sprinkles

🥞Peanut Butter Protein Pancake Puffs 🥞 (recipe is 2 servings)
– 60g Kodiak pancake mix
– 16g PBFit
– 20g Ryse vanilla peanut butter protein powder
– 80g nonfat Greek yogurt
– 100g egg whites
– 60ml of Fairlife milk

Makes 24 mini puffs. Bake at 375 for 10 mins or until golden brown.

– 1 vanilla Nurri
– ½ tsp xanthan
– 10g monk fruit
– pinch of salt
Mix-in
– 1 jumbo pretzel stick
