Yeh recipe soaked moong aur simple ingredients se ban kar ready hoti hai – perfect hai breakfast ya evening snack ke liye. Oil bhi bahut kam use hota hai, toh weight loss aur healthy lifestyle ke liye best option hai.
Ingredients:
Soaked moong (bhigi hui moong dal)
Green chilli (hari mirch)
Ginger (adrak)
Wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
Besan
Coriander leaves (hara dhaniya)
Chaat masala
Red chilli powder
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Salt (namak)
Oil (1/2 tsp)
Cumin seeds (jeera)
Method:
Sabse pehle soaked moong ko green chilli aur ginger ke saath grind karke smooth paste bana lein.
Ek bowl mein yeh paste daalein aur usme wheat flour, besan, hara dhaniya, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder aur namak add karein.
Thoda-thoda paani daal kar soft dough (atta) ready karein.
Ab is dough ko shape dekar steamer mein 15 minutes tak steam karein.
Steam hone ke baad ise thoda thanda hone dein aur phir chhote pieces mein cut kar lein.
Ek pan mein 1/2 tsp oil garam karein, jeera daalein aur cut pieces ko halka sa toss karein jab tak thode crispy ho jaayein.
Garma-garam serve karein green chutney aur onion rings ke saath.
