We’re going to make up a recipe together, and create some granola bars! So that we don’t have to worry about the honey and milk powder that are often put in storebought granola bars. Plus we can put in whatever fruits and nuts/seeds we want!

They were crumbly out of the oven, but once they chilled in the fridge they were perfect: firm, chewy, and so delicious! They’re nice and filling, making for a great snack or breakfast to-go.

Update: I have one left, and still just as good as the day we made them – 10 weeks later!!
