Try this crunchy, tangy Roasted Makhana & Peanut Moong Chaat – perfect for office snack or evening cravings!

1 cup roasted makhana (lightly salted)
½ cup roasted peanuts
1 cup steamed moong
1 small onion (chopped)
1 small tomato (chopped)
½ cucumber (chopped)
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chili powder
½ Chaat Masala
Green Chutney
tamarind Chutney
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Toppings: grated coconut + raw mango

Method šŸ‘‡
Mix makhana, peanuts & moong in a bowl.
Add veggies, spices & tamarind Chutney. Toss gently.
Finish with coriander & top with coconut + raw mango.
