Healthier Korean Fruit Punch Bowl

Ingredients (Makes 1 serving):
• 1/2 cup watermelon, diced
• 1/4 cup strawberries, chopped
• 1/4 cup lychee or longan , peeled and halved
• 2 tbsp pomegranate pearls
• (Or any fruits of your choice — pineapple, grapes, apple, coconut all work beautifully)
• 1/2 cup coconut milk (light)
• 1/2 cup almond or skim milk (unsweetened)
• 1 tsp sabza/basil seeds, soaked (or chia seeds)
• 2–3 tbsp soda water
• Stevia, to taste
• Ice cubes
Method:
1. In a serving bowl, mix all the diced fruits together.
2. Stir in the soaked sabza seeds.
3. Pour in the coconut milk and almond milk.
4. Add a splash of soda, ice cubes, and stevia to taste.
5. Mix gently and serve chilled.
