Doenjang, Korean fermented soybean paste 1 Tbsp (18g)
Sugar 1/2 tsp (2g)
Minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp (6g)
Minced green onion 1–2 Tbsp (10–15g)
Sesame oil 1 tsp (5ml)

1️⃣ Blanch spinach and squeeze lightly.
2️⃣ Mix sugar + minced garlic + minced green onion + sesame oil.
3️⃣ Toss spinach with the dressing.
