Ingredients:
Milk : 1 cup
Oats : 4 tablespoons
Banana : 1
Dates : 2
Cardamon: 2 (seeds only)

Now add all these ingredients in a blender and blend it untill it forms a smooth texture.. Its ready, sprinkle some chocolate over it & enjoy.
