Today I am going to show you how to make butter chicken with less butter. I already have butter chicken recipe in my channel. I will give you the link in the description box. Please check that recipe. Today I am using a slightly different recipe. Butter chicken is one of very popular North Indian chicken dish. We serve it with naan. Hope you will like this recipe. To marinate the chicken:-
Chicken breast – 3 pcs
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
To fry the chicken – olive oil – 1 tbsp

Large size roughly chopped red onion – 1
Ginger paste – 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Cumin powder – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Large size roughly chopped tomato – 1
Broken cashew nuts – 1/4 cup
Pinch of nutmeg powder
1/4 inch mace
Butter – 1/2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Honey – 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi ( crushed dry fenugreek leaves ) – 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream – 1/2 tbsp
