Hey guys, I’m back!!! After 6 months of posting a big fat ZERO I am getting back on the YouTube wagon & showing you how to make my guilt free Mac n Cheese!
Macros
* Cals = 365
* Protein = 27.5g
* Carbs = 34.5g
* Fats = 11g
Ingredients
* 160g Macaroni
* 250g Fat Free Fromage Frais
* 100g Reduced Fat Cheddar
* 90g Reduced Fat Grated Mozzarella
* Garlic (fresh or puree)
* 1/2 tsp Mustard
* 1 tsp Light Mayo
* Aromat Seasoning (To Taste)
* Paprika
STEP 1: Boil Your Macaroni Until Cooked, Then Strain It
STEP 2: Pour Your Macaroni Back In To Your Pan (off the heat) & Add 0% Fromage Frais
STEP 3: Turning On To The Lowest Heat, Add In Your Cheese & Stir Before Adding In All Remaining Seasoning.
STEP 4: Pour In To A Baking Dish & Sprinkle With A Touch More Cheese & Paprika (both optional). Cook On 200’ For 15-20mins Or Until Golden.
STEP 5: EAT!!
