Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
– 1/4 cup chia seeds
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
– 1 tsp vanilla
– Berries of choice (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a mason jar.
2. Refrigerate for about 3 hours or more.
3. Add desired fruit.
4. Enjoy!
