This quick healthy salad is my current favorite for hot summer days 💚
Made with fresh veggies and a creamy homemade curd dressing in just minutes!

Ingredients:

1 cucumber (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
Fresh coriander leaves
1 small bowl beaten curd
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Sweet corn

Method:
Slice the cucumber and onion and add them to a mixing bowl.
Add coriander leaves and sweet corn.

In a separate bowl, prepare the creamy dressing by mixing beaten curd, salt, olive oil, honey, and chilli flakes.
Mix the dressing well until smooth and creamy.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
