Activity Factors:
1.2: sedentary (little exercise) = BMR x 1.2
1.375: lightly active (exercise 1-3 days/week) = BMR x 1.4
1.55: moderately active ( exercise 3-5 days/week) = BMR x 1.6
1.725: very active (exercise 6-7 days a week) = BMR x 1.7
1.9: extra active (very hard exercise & job) = BMR x 1.9
