Easy low-calorie homemade mayo. This has become one of my favorite little swaps lately.
High protein, way lower calorie, and honestly tastes better than most store-bought mayo once you dial in the seasoning.
Ingredients:
* 4 hardboiled eggs
* 1 tbsp Dijon
* 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
* 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* Dill (or basil would honestly work great too)
Blend for a few minutes and you’re done.
The biggest difference vs regular mayo is usually the calorie density.
A normal mayo serving can easily hit ~90–100 calories mostly from oil, while this version is closer to ~25 calories with a lot more protein and satiety.
Little swaps like this make leaning down way easier without feeling like you’re dieting all the time.
Honestly the dill is what makes this one for me.
