1. Avocado Cottage Cheese Toast
Toast sourdough until golden. Smash avocado onto the toast, then top with a scoop of cottage cheese and sliced fresh tomatoes. Finish with salt & pepper or everything bagel seasoning.

2. Apple Pie Salad
Thinly slice 1 apple into small pieces. Mix with a large scoop of plain full-fat Greek yogurt, a generous sprinkle of cinnamon, drizzle of maple syrup, dash of vanilla, pinch of salt, 1 minced date, and 1 scoop of ground flaxseed. Mix plain or vanilla full-fat Greek yogurt with a splash of vanilla, drizzle of maple syrup or honey, and cocoa powder to taste. Top with sliced strawberries, then freeze for 15–20 minutes until the yogurt is thick and frosty but still creamy. Mix together and enjoy.
