(Makes 2 Sandwiches)
Ingredients
Hung curd – 5 tbsp
Carrot – 1 (chopped )
Onion – 1 small (chopped)
Capsules – 1 small (chopped)
Coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)(optional)
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Bread – 4 slices
➡️ Steps :-
1) In a bowl add hung Curd, chopped Onion, Capsicum, Carrot, Coriander leaves (optional )
2) Add Pepper powder, Salt, Chilli flakes
3) Combine everything well
4) Spread curd mixture evenly on bread slice
5) Cover with another bread
6) For the Tadka, heat ghee/butter on pan, sauté Mustard seeds, Curry leaves
7) Place Bread and toast on both the sides
8) Slice the sandwiches and Enjoy!!😋
