Healthy Snack Idea #1 – Sweetcorn Salad 🌽
A quick, nutritious, and delicious snack packed with fiber, vitamins, and protein!
Ingredients: 🌽 1 cup boiled sweetcorn
🍅 1 tomato (finely chopped)
🥒 1 cucumber (finely chopped)
🧅 1 small onion (finely chopped)
🥕 1 carrot (finely chopped)
🌿 Fresh coriander leaves
For the Dressing: 🥣 2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt
🧂 Salt to taste
🌶️ Black pepper powder
✨ Jeera (cumin) powder
🍋 Fresh lemon juice
Method:
Boil the sweetcorn and let it cool.
Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
Add sweetcorn, vegetables, and coriander to a bowl.
Mix Greek yogurt, salt, black pepper, jeera powder, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
