Dalia upma or broken wheat upma

Ingredients:
Dalia or broken wheat – 1cup (240ml cup)
carrot- 1 medium size
cabbage -half cup
onion- medium
green chili-3
ginger- a small piece
tomato-medium size
green piece- less half cup
curry leaves
salt- as your taste
oil- 2 tsp.(olive oil or coconut oil)
use hot water
(broken wheat 1cup- 2 cup hot water)
You can add any vegetables of your choice……
