1. Adapradhman pudding
Ingredients
Cooked Ada
Coconut milk
Jaggery
Ginger syrup
China grass
jaggery syrup
Cashew/Kismiss
sugar
Ghee
Cardamom
Banana slice
Preparation
Heat the pan in oil
Roast the cashew, kismiss
Roast the ada
Put some cardamom
Pour jaggery syrup
Pour the coconut milk
Melt the china grass in some water
Pour the china grass in ada payasam
Heat a pan
Sprinkle some sugar
When its caramelize put the banana slice into it
Take a serving bowl place the banana slice pour the payasam
Set it in the fridge
Heat a pan
Sprinkle some sugar
Saute the ginger in sugar
Heat jaggery syrup and reduce the Jaggery
Pour the ginger syrup
Make a thick sauce
Take the payasam from the fridge
Shift it into the serving plate as upside down
Garnish it with fried cashew and fried ginger
Pout the ginger sauce around the ada pudding.
2. Healthy Salad
Ingredients
Sprouted green gram
Sprouted brown beans
Tomato
Olive oil/Sunflower oil/Coconut oil
Curd
Stock of peas
Onion
Salt
Curry leaves
Mustard
green chilly
Dry chilly
Asafoitida powder
coriander leaves
Preparations
Heat oil in pan
Splutter mustard with add dry chilly, curry leaves,
Saute onion, green chilly and salt
Put the onion into the peas and mix well
Add tomato piece
Pour stock and add curd into it.
