Quick and Delicious Low-Calorie Patties Recipe 😋
These patties are really filling and delicious and they will keep your weight watchers count low with only 1pt each!
Ingredients:
1 sliced courgette (zucchini)
200g beef or turkey mince
Chopped parsley
Egg
1/2 lemon zest grated
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
Optional: Paprika
Instructions:
Mix the mince meat with chopped parsley, grated lemon zest, and a dash of salt and pepper for flavour.
Create patties by sandwiching the mince between two courgette slices.
Whisk an egg with a pinch of salt and paprika, then dip the patties into the egg mixture.
Coat the patties with breadcrumbs, ensuring all sides are covered.
Cook the patties in an air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes.
