Adalu (bean and corn) Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette Weight Loss Recipe

Here is a quick and easy healthy bean and corn salad recipe. Hope you enjoy! Let me know what you think!

Ingredients

1 can corn (16 ounces)
1 can beans (16 ounces)
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
1 avocado
Cilantro

Dressing
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 lemon squeezed (2-3 tablespoons lemon juice)
Spices to taste; I use salt, garlic powder, turmeric, and pepper

Steps:
1. Wash and chop all veggies
2. Wash and drain canned veggies
3. Add all veggies to large salad bowl
(I had avocado later to prevent from mashing but if you don’t mind add avocado now as well)
4. In separate bowl mix all of your dressing ingredients together
5. Pour dressing on top of veggies
6. Mix dressing and veggies together
7. Garnish with cilantro
8. Enjoy alone, with avocado on the side or with your choice of lean meat!
