*See disclaimer below.* Hi all! I’m heading in for surgery tomorrow, but life sure isn’t going to slow down, that’s for sure! So I’m sharing the meal prep I made to keep delicious, nutritious meals on hand to make everything less stressful, and aid in healing.
Here I make 5 protein & vegetable-rich meals (about 30 servings total) in less than 1-1/2 hours, start to finish. I dirtied one skillet, one pan, one cutting board, one knife, and one bowl – that’s it!
I’m also sharing some of the nutrition tips for optimal rehab and recovery (including the #1 worst food offender to avoid, and #1 most important thing to incorporate) I learned from being a personal chef to professional athletes for many years.
