Easy High-Protein Sandwich Bread
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Almond Flour
• 6 tbsp Arrowroot Starch
• 4 tbsp Golden Flaxseed Meal
• 2 tbsp Tapioca Starch
• 3/4 tsp Fine Salt
• 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 4 Large Eggs (5 medium)
• 1/2 cup Whole Milk
• 1 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 4 tbsp Melted Ghee
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Whisk all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
4. Combine wet into dry, folding until a thick batter forms.
5. Pour into your pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and firm.
6. 🛑 CRITICAL: Let it cool 100% on a wire rack before slicing! Cutting it warm makes the center look wet or gummy. Let it cool completely to finish setting.
