In today’s video I share a healthy grocery haul and how I meal prepped out lunch for the week in under 20 minutes. sausage sheet pan dinner recipe:

Meal plan
Breakfast:
6 oz protein or 6 egg whites
1 cup of vegetable
1 carb ( 3/4 of sweet potato or red potato, 1 small baked potato, 1/2C beans, 1/2C rice, 1.5 slice of Ezekiel bread, 1/2C rolled oats, 1/2 cup of quinoa, 1/2 apple or 3/4 berries) choose one!
*you can use cooking enhancements with every meal such as olive oil, butter, soy sauce, hot sauce. Pretty much any enchantment that does not have sugar in it.
Snack:
Protein shake with at least 20G of protein and less than 1G of sugar. I mix mines with almond milk. Use 1 1/2 scoops instead of 2 scoops
Lunch:
6oz protein
1 cup of vegetables
1 carb ( 3/4 of any kind of potato, 1/2C beans, 1/2C rice, 1.5 slice of Ezekiel bread, 1/2C rolled oats, 1/2C of quinoa,1/2 apple, or 3/4C berries) choose one!

1 fat ( 2T olive oil, 2T of any nut butter with no added sugar, 1.5T coconut oil, 2T grass-fed butter, 1/2 medium avocado, 1/4C any nuts, 1.5T cooking oil) No vegetable oil and no canola oil
*you can use cooking enhancements with every meal such as olive oil, butter, soy sauce, hot sauce. Pretty much any enchantment that does not have sugar in it
*Make sure to drink a gallon of water EVERYDAY and workout at least 3x per week to see the results you want to see 🙂
