Welcome to another video of my bikini series. I love brunching with my friends or even just by myself so I decided to create/find these healthier alternatives of my favourite brunch meals. I hope you enjoy the video! At the end, for some reason the sound got cut, so sorry for that. I was just saying how you should keep flipping around your peanut butter jar from time to time so the oil doesn’t stay at the surface, making it creamy all the time.

French Toast
Sourdough bread 2x slices
2/3 eggs- 1 full and the others use just the whites
cinnamon
vanilla essence
stevia powder
plant based milk
greek yogurt
berries
whey protein powder
Avocado Toast
Poached egg- boil water and put it in a pot, leave the flame on minimum so the water is bubbly and then pour the egg with a cup so the yolk doesn’t crack. Then leave for 3 minutes and you ll thank me after
