Hai all, today we are going to prepare a healthy, tasty bittergourd salad
Ingredients :
1 cup sliced bittergourd
1 cup tomato
1 cup carrot
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chutney powder (optional)
1 teaspoon amchur pwdr (dry mango powder)
Procedure : firstly soak bittergourd in salt water for 10 – 15min, after 15 min squeeze out the salt water and wash the bittergourd and add it in a mixing bowl along with other ingredients and mix it well (instead of chutney powder you can use chilly powder or pepper powder).
Now your healthy and tasty bittergourd salad is ready to serve 🥗😋
