– 1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
– 1 cup of mashed banana
– ½ cup of peanut butter
– ⅓ cup of maple syrup
– 3 eggs
– 1 tbsp of vanilla
– 1 cup of flour
– 1 tsp of baking powder
– ½ tsp of baking soda
– 1 tbsp of cinnamon
– pinch of salt
– 1 scoop of Ryse cinnamon toast loaded protein
– ½ cup of mini chocolate chips

Makes 36 mini muffins. Bake at 375 for 12 mins or until golden brown.
