BANANA BREAD RECIPE is almost an every week recipe at our home with different variations. It is good for breakfast, it is good for teatime, it is good with coffee or it is good if you want to grab a snack. I usually bake it on Sunday and put one or two slices into my son’s lunchbox. And I am usually holding myself to eat them all during the week 😋 I like this banana bread recipe because it has not much sugar in it. And I usually use agave syrup instead of “sugar” in it. But I’ve used sugar as simple to find ingredient for everyone.

BANANA BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients
– 1 cup flour
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 2 medium eggs
– 1 package baking powder
– 1 package vanilla
– 3 ripe bananas
– !/2 cup vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil)
