Ingredients 👇
200g high protein vanilla or Greek yoghurt (7oz)
1 sachet sugar free jelly / jello
250ml boiling water (8.5oz)
25g low fat whipped cream (0.9oz)
Bowl size – 720ml / 24oz
Mix jelly with boiling water until fully dissolved
Add yoghurt and mix until smooth
Refrigerate overnight
Top with whipped cream and enjoy
