🥣 Healthy Curd Oats Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup curd (dahi)
• Salt

Spice Powder:
• Curry leaves
• Green chillies
• Dried red chillies
• Cumin (jeera)
• Black pepper
• Salt

Tadka:
• Ghee
• Peanuts
• Cashews
• Raisins

Method:

1. Dry roast the oats for 2–3 minutes.
2. Roast the ingredients for the spice mix and grind them into a powder.
3. Mix curd, salt, and the spice powder.
4. Add the roasted oats and combine well.
5. Prepare a ghee tadka with peanuts, cashews, and raisins, then pour it over the oats.
