Multigrain Dosa Roll
Ingredients.
30 Gm brown rice
30 Gm green gram
30 Gm Matki
1 glass of water
1 Yellow bell-pepper
1 onion
1 Tomato
1/2 cup spinach
4 to 5 garlic cloves
2 to 3 dry red chili
1/2 lemon juice
3 Tsp salt
3 Tsp oil
Procedure.
1.Take a bowl all 30 gm each brown rice, green gram and matki, add 1 glass of water and soak
for 8 hrs.
2. Grind into fine paste and keep it aside for another 8 hrs.
3. Add 2 tsp salt mix well and keep it aside and make sauce
4. For dosa spread roast 1 bell pepper on gas evenly on all sides.
5. Chop into chunks add in a grinder with garlic, red chili, lemon juice and salt and
blend into fine paste.
6. Take a bowl add 1/2 cup chopped spinach, chopped tomato and onion and 2 tablespoon of sauce
mix well.
7. Take a Tawa keep the flame high add the dosa batter and make dosa cook until it turns golden brown on one side
8. Spread the sauce on dosa add vegetables and roll tight.

Dosa roll is ready to serve perfect option for breakfast.
