Recipe (500Cals, 50g P)

Ingredients –

2 white bread
150g High Protein Paneer
2-3 tbsp Pizza Pasta Sauce
Sweet Corn 1 tbsp
Capsicum 3 tbsp
Onion 5-6 slices
20-30g Mozzarella Cheese

How to Make –

1. Airfry the bread slices at 180 for 3-4 mins or toast until you are chopping veggies.
2. Spread 1-1.5 tbsp Pizza Sauce on each slice.
3. Coat the paneer in 1/2 tsp oil, salt and pepper and pan fry it
4. Top with corn,capsicum and onion.
5. Add the mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Air fry at 180 for another 4-5 mins or keep it on pan and cover it until cheese gets melt
