Salmon Melts

Ingredients:
1 can wild Alaskan salmon (or tuna or chicken)
2 Tbsp of mayo
1-2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2-3/4 tsp dill weed tomato slices
1/4 C. Shredded cheese of choice
2 slices favorite bread
Ripe tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix together salmon, mayo, mustard, seasonings. Spread over 2 slices of bread, top with sliced tomato and salt and pepper then shredded cheese.
Broil for 5 mins until cheese is golden brown and melted. Enjoy!😋❤️
