Ingredients:

* Fresh spinach
* Onion
* Oil
* Butter
* Eggs
* Feta cheese

Directions:
Start by heating a little oil in a skillet and sautéing the onions until they’re tender. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, then drain any excess liquid. In a separate bowl, scramble the eggs. Melt butter in another skillet, cook the eggs until they’re just beginning to set, then add the cooked spinach mixture and feta cheese. Gently scramble everything together until the eggs are fully cooked and the ingredients are evenly combined. Serve hot and enjoy!
