BREAKFAST: Detox tea and Egg white scramble w/ potatoes
Tea: Green tea, lemon, honey, apple cider vinegar.
-Trader Joes Roasted Potatoes
-Egg whites, cherry tomatoes, spinach, red onion
-Avocado
-some sort of fruit!
LUNCH: Berry smoothie
-Spinach
-Mixed berries
-1/2 banana
-Coconut water
-Flax seeds & chia seeds
DINNER: Burrito bowl
-Quinoa
-Bell peppers
-Trader Joe’s roasted corn
-Shrimp
-Black beans
