Chicken & Greens or Chicken & Mixed Vegetables – a simple meal recipe that’s high in protein & fiber but significantly low in calories. Perfect for those who are cutting their caloric intake to lose weight & supply their body with adequate protein to maintain their muscles.

Ingredients:
600 grams chicken breast (chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 white onion
3 cloves garlic
2 bundles green beans (or 10 strips)
1 pack of mixed green vegetables (100g)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil (canola or whatever is available)
