Hey everyone,
This is a continuation of my last video (condiments/dips/spreads tips & hacks. In this video I share with you guys some of my staple lower carb items that I always have around the house when I am in a “cutting” or fat loss phase.
A lot of these items I use regularly anyway, as many contain tons of micronutrients, and are extremely high volume for extrememly lower calories, which in an off season leaves me a little more wiggle room for those treats and higher calorie items that I enjoy!
It is all about balance, even when it comes to the food you put in your body! My goal to staying on track is being organized, in tune with my thoughts and emotions, recognizing when something does not make me feel good and doing everything in my power to find out what does make me feel good.
I realized early on that for me the idea of being restricted was more detrimental to my dieting success than actually not eating the food or being hungry. Learning how to get create with healthier foods or lower calorie items has been a key factor in contributing to my success and level of satisfaction.
I will be uploading a video of my favourite snacks that help me when dieting as well as constantly sharing with you guys new tips or ideas that I stumble upon!
I purchased my riced cauliflower at Costco as well as the vegetables, bread and oats. I got my Joseph’s flatbreads at a local health shoppe and the rest was from a local grocery store.
COMMENT DOWN BELOW with any lower carb/calorie items you try out from this video OR with anything you think I should try & review!
