RECIPES:
• CHICKEN IN A TOMATO SAUCE WITH PASTA
o 1 diced chicken breast
o 1 tin can of diced tomatoes
o pepper
o mixed herbs
o smoked paprika
o 2 cups of pasta
o 1 l water
• BANANA PANCAKES
o 1 + ½ cups quick oats
o ½ cup milk (optional – cow, almond or none, but then I reduced the amount of oats)
o 2 eggs (room temperature)
o 2 small bananas
o 1 tsp cinnamon
o 1 tsp vanilla extract
o ¼ maple syrup or honey (if child is over 1 year old – and keep eye on the pancakes while you are cooking them, honey has tendency to burn very quickly)
• POTATO / LENTILS FRITTERS
o 1 cup of grated and drained potatoes
o 2 beaten eggs
o ½ tin can of lentils
o nutmeg
o oregano
o pepper
o ¼ tsp salt
o 1 tsp baking powder
o ½ cup flour
• CAPSICUM / LENTILS FRITTERS
o 1 cup of diced capsicum
o 2 beaten eggs
o ½ tin can of lentils
o nutmeg
o ground paprika
o pepper
o ¼ tsp salt
o 1 tsp baking powder
o ½ cup flour
• CHICKEN RISOTTO
o 1 diced chicken breast
o 1 cup broad beans
o 1 cup garden peas
o pepper
o parsley
o ½ cup rice
o 1 cup water
