My Low Calorie | High Protein Chicken Parmesan Sandwich Recipe:

~338 calories | 46 g protein per Sandwich

Ingredients (1 sandwich)
• 1 low-calorie high-protein bun (60 cal, 9g protein)
• 1 lightly breaded chicken filet (140 cal, 20g protein)
• 40g marinara sauce (≈13 cal, ~0.3g protein)
• 28g fat-free mozzarella (45 cal, 9g protein)
• 28g 2% mozzarella (80 cal, 8g protein)
• Seasoning (salt, garlic, pepper)

Instructions
1. Cook chicken
• Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes per side
2. Prep cheese mix
• Mix fat-free + 2% mozzarella
• Season with salt, garlic, and pepper
3. Build sandwich (bottom up)
• Bottom bun
• 20g marinara sauce
• Half of cheese mixture
4. Add chicken
• Place cooked chicken filet on top
5. Top it off
• Add another 20g marinara
• Add remaining cheese mixture
6. Finish
• Add top bun
• Air fry/Bake briefly to melt cheese
