This caramelised banana & dates protein bowl has become one of my favourite breakfast recipes lately. It tastes indulgent, but is packed with 35g of protein to keep you full and energised.
The secret ingredient? @be.superyou Bio-Fermented Yeast Protein 💪🏻 I love using the unflavoured variant because it blends so easily without changing the taste, and there’s no chalky texture or heaviness.
Ingredients:
* 100g Greek yogurt
* 1 scoop SuperYou Bio-Fermented Yeast Protein
* 1 banana, sliced
* 2 dates, sliced
* 1 tsp butter
* 1/4 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp honey
* 1 tso olive oil
* Your favourite toppings
Method:
1. Caramelise banana and dates with butter and cinnamon until golden.
2. Mix Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of SuperYou protein until smooth and creamy. Add 3-4 tsp milk if needed.
3. Add the caramelised fruits on top.
4. Finish with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
