Sweetcorn & Paneer Sandwich | Healthy School Lunch Box Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
} ¼ Cup Corn Kernels (slightly boiled)
} ½ Cup Paneer (Grated)
} 1 Cheese Cube (20 grams)
} ¼ tspn Chilli Flakes
} ¼ tspn Oregano Spice mix
} ¼ tspn crushed black pepper
} Fresh Coriander
} Pinch of Salt

Method:
} Leave corn kernels in boiling hot water (flame off) for 10 minutes to just cook enough.
} To the slightly boiled corn, add grated paneer, dry spices, salt, cheese, fresh coriander & mix well.
} Apply butter on the bread slices, stuff the sandwich filling & roast for 2 minutes on each side.
