Today I’m sharing a delicious **Village Style Bhindi Masala Recipe** made with fresh okra harvested directly from our kitchen garden. ## 🥣 Ingredients

* 500 g Fresh Bhindi (Okra)
* 2 Medium Onions (Thinly Sliced)
* 2 Medium Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)
* 2 Green Chilies (Slit)
* 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
* 3 tbsp Mustard Oil or Cooking Oil
* ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
* ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
* 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
* 1 tsp Coriander Powder
* ½ tsp Cumin Powder
* Salt (To Taste)
* ½ tsp Garam Masala
* 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

## 👩‍🍳 Making Process

1. Wash the fresh bhindi thoroughly and dry it completely.
2. Trim both ends and cut the bhindi into medium-sized pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Fry the bhindi for 5–6 minutes until slightly crispy, then remove it.
5. In the same pan, add cumin seeds.
6. Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown.
7. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for one minute.
8. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies.
9. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
10. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and the oil starts separating.
11. Add the fried bhindi and mix gently.
12. Cook on low flame for another 5–7 minutes.
13. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
14. Serve hot with fresh roti, paratha, or steamed rice.
