Ingredients for the loaded potato:
sweet potato
black beans
guacamole
chili flakes
avocado
Recipe:
Cook the potato in the oven. While still hot, open in half and add your beans, guacamole and chili flakes. Put your avocado as a side.
Ingredients for the avocado toast:
avocado
toasted bread
hummus
black sesame seeds
chili flakes
watermelon
Recipe:
Toast your bread and spread the hummus on top. Add your avocado as you like. I made a rose (you can check the tutorial here: )
Sprinkle the sesame seeds & chili flakes. And finally, if you crave a sweetness with your toast, add some thin slices of watermelon with it, or cut them into shapes!

Ingredientes para a batata recheada:
batata doce

Receita:
Assar a batata no forno, abrir ao meio e adicionar o feijão preto, guacamole. Por cima, uma pitada de flocos de chili. Acompanhar com um abacate cremoso.
Ingredientes para a tosta de abacate:
pão
hummus
abacate
melancia
flocos de chili
sementes de sésamo pretas
Receita:
Tostar o pão e passar uma camada generosa de hummus. Adicionar o abacate fatiado. Eu fiz uma rosa, o tutorial é este:
Deitar pitada de flocos de chili e sementes de sésamo por cima. Finalizar com umas fatias de melancia à volta do abacate, ou usar um cortador como eu e fazer umas formas divertidas!
