Hey everyone! Today I want to share my favourite healthy snacks which taste great and are easy to make.

1. Oranges, Bananas, Apples, Strawberries- just about any kind of fruit that you can grab is really yummy.
2. Vegetables- I love sliced carrots and cucumbers but also radishes, celery sticks…but as I said, my favourite is CHERRY TOMATOES. My family calls me the cherry tomatoes monster!
3. Crackers and Cheese- this is super easy to make. Just take your favourite cracker. I like spelt or multi-grain crackers and add your favourite cheese.
4. Yogurt and Chia- chia is a superfood seed that is hard when it is dry but sponges up when it gets wet. It is super fun to add to yogurt or milk (to make chia pudding). Try topping it with nuts, dried fruit or organic honey.
5. Apples and peanut butter sandwiches- just slice up an apples and spread organic peanut butter in between like a sandwich. My mom loves to add cocoa nubs and coconut flakes too!
